We use data to operate the QualifyLet service, qualify applicants, communicate about your account, improve our products and comply with legal obligations.

Applicant data (name, contact, income, employment, move date, pet information and guarantor availability) is collected to assess applications for properties listed by your letting agent or landlord. Pet information is collected and flagged for review rather than used to automatically accept or reject an applicant.

Landlord contact details and decisions are stored to coordinate property management between agencies and property owners.

Agency account holders' company name, contact details and team membership are stored to administer subscriptions and access controls.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting and reporting requirements.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and database-level Row Level Security.
