Definitions
"Platform" means the QualifyLet web application. "Subscriber" means the agency or landlord account holder. "Applicant" means a person submitting an enquiry through the Platform.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscription Services
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to view, or use the Platform to discriminate unlawfully against applicants.
User Responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for the lawful processing of applicant data they collect and for compliance with UK lettings legislation.
Data Accuracy
Information shown on the Platform is provided as-is. Subscribers should verify applicant details before entering into a tenancy agreement.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.
Intellectual Property
All Platform software, branding and content is owned by QualifyLet. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform during the subscription term.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time from the Subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
